Upon arrival at: Athens Airport
For Private/Shuttle
Please make your way to our meeting point, which is a pharmacy store situated between exit 4 and exit 5.
- For passengers coming from arrivals hall B (European Union countries or domestic flights), as you exit arrivals hall B you will see the pharmacy on your left.
- For passengers coming from arrivals hall A (countries outside European Union), as you exit arrivals hall A you will see the pharmacy on your right after exit 4.
Flight Delays
For Private transfers:
Flight delays are monitored, and transfer service shall be adjusted accordingly.
Shared Shuttle transfers:
You will be offered transport on the next available shared service.
Return Transfer Information
Your return transfer pick-up time from your accommodation will be available 24 hours prior to your departure flight time. Please call us on the number below to receive full details. Please ensure that you have your booking ID at hand, as you will need to quote this when you call.
Please only contact us one day before your flight departure time, as your pick-up time will not be available prior to this. Failure to confirm your departure transfer time will result in no transfer.
Alternatively, please log in 24 hours before the departure to the following link : https://dispatch.guru/pickup/ in order to check your pickup time, by providing Date of transfer & Transfer booking Reference.
Departure Day
Please be at your confirmed pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the agreed scheduled time.
For private transfer, if you fail to be at the pick-up point within 20 minutes of the time specified on your voucher the supplier will try to contact you on the mobile telephone number you have provided. If it is not possible to speak to you by reason of no or poor connection, no signal, the voicemail is on or the call is unanswered, the service will not be provided, and there is no obligation to provide you with the service and a refund will not be made.
For shared shuttle services, the maximum waiting time of the vehicle is 5 minutes.
